Discover Primary Science
On the first level in the Discover Primary science Programme there were 3 balance exercises. There was one where we had to sit on a chair with our two feet on the ground and our back straight, and then try to stand up without leaning forward. It was really hard. Nobody could get it.
The second challenge was hard too. We had to put our ear, shoulder and our ankle up against a straight wall and then try to lift our outside foot off the ground without falling over.
The last exercise wasn't as hard as the others. We had to put our heels and our back up aginst a straight wall. We had to put something in frout of us (on the ground) and try to lean over and pick it up, but there's a catch. We had to keep our heels and our bottom up aginst the wall as if they were glued to it.
